Source and Identification Material

Photographs or other visual material appearing on pages identifying performers, studios, productions or sources may be used for purposes including identification, editorial presentation, cataloging, promotion, linking, attribution or reference to the original source.

The appearance of such material on 4Joy does not, by itself, constitute a representation that 4Joy produced the underlying photographic or video production.

Where practical and appropriate, 4Joy may identify the originating studio, producer, publisher, website or other source associated with the material.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records

To the extent that any material distributed or displayed through 4Joy is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the applicable records are maintained by the responsible producer or designated Custodian of Records.

For third-party productions, requests concerning § 2257 records should be directed to the producer or record custodian responsible for the original production.

4Joy does not claim custody of records that are maintained by an independent third-party producer.

Material Produced By or For 4Joy

To the extent that 4Joy itself produces, commissions, acquires for production, or otherwise becomes the responsible producer of material that is subject to applicable record-keeping requirements, 4Joy will maintain the records required by applicable law and will designate an appropriate Custodian of Records where required.

Such records may include documentation establishing the identity and age of persons appearing in covered material, together with other documentation required by applicable law.

Age of Performers

4Joy does not knowingly publish or distribute material depicting minors in sexually explicit material.

Where applicable law requires age verification and record keeping for material involving actual human performers, the relevant producer or record custodian is responsible for maintaining the required documentation establishing that the persons depicted were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the applicable time.

Removal and Rights Complaints

4Joy respects the rights of copyright holders, performers, producers and other rights holders.

A rights holder or authorized representative who believes that material displayed on 4Joy has been used without authorization may contact the website through its designated rights or compliance channel.

Upon receiving a valid complaint, 4Joy may review the material and take appropriate action, including removal, restriction, attribution correction, source correction, or other appropriate measures.

Source Attribution

Where material is presented as a reference to a third-party production, 4Joy may provide attribution or identify the originating source.

Source attribution does not constitute a representation that 4Joy owns, produced, commissioned, or controls the underlying production.
